At least 22 people were killed Tuesday when an explosion ripped through a bus terminal in north-eastern Nigeria, a witness told dpa, in a region that has seen almost weekly terrorist attacks. A full passenger bus was about to leave a station in Potiskum, a town in Yobe state, when a bomb exploded, said Malam Yakubu Baba, who owns a kiosk in the bus terminal. "It was the second bus that was loading for the day," dpa quoted Baba as saying. "At least 22 people are killed." Security officials were not immediately available for comment.
