A delegation of Foreign Ministers from OIC Member States has begun an unprecedented visit to Norway aiming to mobilise international support for the Palestinian cause. The delegation, headed by the Foreign Minister of Egypt, Sameh Shoukry, met with the Foreign Minister of Norway, Borge Brinde, with the Palestinian Foreign Minister, Riyad al-Malki, Guinean Foreign Minister, Lounceny Fall, OIC Secretary-General, Iyad Ameen Madani and the Special Envoy of the Foreign Ministry of Azerbaijan in attendance. The delegation delivered a message to the Norwegian government on Israeli practices that have led to the failure of the nearly quarter-a-century-old peace process, with successive Israeli governments using this period to change the facts on the ground, intensify Judaisation campaigns against Al-Quds, build settlements, double the number of Jewish settlers in the West Bank to 600,000, in addition to the construction of the Apartheid Wall and the attacks on Palestinians in all ways and forms.
