Shura took part in their study and on the outcome of the Cabinet's Experts Bureau and concluded the following:
First:
After reviewing the transaction submitted by the Bureau of Investigation and Public Prosecution (BIPP), the Cabinet approved the amendment of a number of articles of the BIPP's regulation, based on the wording attached with the decision.
A royal decree has been prepared for this purpose.
