The Minister of State, Cabinet's Member and Chief of Cabinet's Experts Bureau, Dr. Essam bin Saad bin Saeed has expressed his sincere condolences to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud on the death of late King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud.
