A single shot fired outside an Ottawa mall left one person with minor injuries Friday in what police were treating as an isolated incident. Staff Sgt. Rick Keindel said police arrested two suspects and were looking for two others. "It's not an active shooter situation," he said. "It seems like an isolated thing." The shooting occurred on a pedestrian walkway at the Tanger Outlets mall around 3:45 p.m., AP quoted Keindel as saying. The victim had non-life-threatening injuries and was in stable condition. Duty Inspector Mark Patterson said the victim was known to police and was not co-operating with investigators and that the guns and gangs unit had been called in. Keindel said about a dozen officers cordoned off the area. He said no weapon had been recovered at the scene.
