Among the best 50 Arab universities, King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals ranked 1st, King Saud University 3rd, King Abdulaziz University 5th, King Faisal University 18th, Umm Al Qura University 19th, King Khalid University 22nd, Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University 28th , Al-Faisal National University 42nd, and Prince Sultan National University 43rd. Among the best 700 universities from 30,000 universities in the world, King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals topped Arab universities at the world level ranking 225th, King Saud University 249th, King Abdulaziz University 334th, Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University (501-550), Umm Al Qura University (551-600), King Khalid University (601-650) and King Faisal University (701+).
