Bahrainis Head to Polling Stations Today

More than 349,000 Bahrain voters today headed to the 53 polling stations all over Bahrain since 8:00 am to participate in the fourth parliamentary and municipal elections since the King launched reforms in 2001. Polling stations are open from 8 am to 8 pm.
A total of 419 candidates comprising 266 contest for 40 parliamentary seats and 153 contest for 29 municipals seats in the Capital, Muharraq, Northern and Southern governorates, BNA reported.
