AlHijjah 28, 1435, Oct 22, 2014, SPA -- Member states of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) expressed their condemnation of the continuing violations of Al-Aqsa Mosque and Muslim worshipers at the hands of Israeli occupation forces and settlers, stressing that such acts are a flagrant violation of the principles of international law and relevant United Nations resolutions. This came in a speech by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's Representative at the United Nations Ambassador Abdullah bin Yahya Almoalimi on behalf of the Member States of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation before the Security Council meeting on the item: "The Situation in the Middle East." The representative reviewed the causalities and destruction caused by the Israeli military aggression against the Palestinian people in Gaza, expressing solidarity with the people of Gaza and all Palestinian people; strongly condemning the Israeli brutal and successive campaigns on the Occupied Palestinian Territory, including Alquds; and holding Israel alone - as the occupying power - responsible for its shameful killing of innocent Palestinians and destruction of thousands of homes, buildings and infrastructure. --More 14:33 LOCAL TIME 11:33 GMT تغريد
