Hajj/ New Prince Mohammed bin Abdulaziz International Airport, Second Air Gateway For Receiving Pilgrims in Madinah

AlHijjah 26, 1435, Oct 20, 2014, SPA -- The new Prince Mohammed bin Abdulaziz International Airport in Madinah is considered as one of the most prominent projects which was exploited by the Government of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud to support air traffic in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in general, and to facilitate the incoming and out going traffic of the pilgrims and visitors of the city of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), in particular during Hajj and Umrah seasons.
It is expected that the airport will be, after operating it in the first quarter of 2015, a second air gateway to receive visitors of the Two Holy Mosques, along with King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah.
