AlHijjah 17, 1435, Oct 11, 2014, SPA -- UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon arrived in the Libyan capital Tripoli Saturday to push a recently launched dialogue process in the country, according to dpa. The UN said Ban would address members of the internationally recognized parliament, which meets in the eastern town of Tobruk, including members who have been boycotting the parliament's sessions. The UN held an initial meeting between those attending the Tobruk-based parliament and those boycotting it in late September.
