AlHijjah 11, 1435, Oct 5, 2014, SPA -- Prince Mohammed bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, the Minister of Interior and Chairman of the Supreme Hajj Committee paid a visit to the headquarters of the Public Security in Mina this evening. Upon arrival, he was received by the Director of Public Security and head of the security committee for Hajj, Major General Othman bin Nasser Al-Muhrij and the commander of Hajj security forces, Major General Abdulaziz bin Othman Al-Soli, and his aides, as well as the commander of the command and control center for Hajj security, Major General Abdullah bin Hassan Al-Zahrani. Immediately after the arrival, the Minister of Interior toured a number of departments at the headquarters included the command and control center for Hajj security and was briefed on its latest advanced technologies and the works of the department of TV & Computer Control. Also, he visited the departments of traffic, criminal security and coordination operations and the rest of the sections of security sectors participating in Hajj's works. Then, Prince Mohammed bin Naif bin Abdulaziz held a meeting during which he was briefed on a detailed explanation of the tasks of Hajj security forces and all the security and traffic plans carried out during this year's Hajj. The Minister of Interior was also briefed on the Media Center, which was introduced this year with advanced technologies to serve the government agencies participating in Hajj works.
