AlQa'dah 28, 1435, Sep 23, 2014, SPA -- Prince Saud Al-Faisal, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, stressed that his country will not hesitate to participate in any international serious effort seeking to mobilize and intensify international action against terrorism wherever it occurs and whatever its motives and reasons or those who stand behind it and without discrimination between their sex, color or doctrine. This came in a speech delivered by Prince Saud Al-Faisal at the Global Counter Terrorism Forum held in New York City today. "We meet today and we are witnessing an international concerted historic and pivotal effort to combat terrorism with active participation of the regional group and the United States to strike a most dangerous terrorist organization in the region within the Syrian territories. We hope that such act is to form the first nucleus of an international coalition in order to strike terrorism wherever it exists and whatever its justifications or reasons or the bodies who stand behind it and without discrimination between their sex, color or doctrine. We hope to continue this alliance for eliminating this scattered evil currently threatening the region and the world in addition to killing innocent women, children and elder people. This terrorism has distorted the image of Islam and Muslims," Prince Saud said. --More 22:33 LOCAL TIME 19:33 GMT تغريد
