AlQa'dah 13, 1435, September 08, 2014, SPA -- The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, has sent a cable of congratulations to President Imam Ali Rahman of Republic of Tajikistan on the anniversary of his country's Independence Day.
In his cable, the King wished the President constant good health and happiness and his people steady progress and prosperity.
