AlQa'dah 2, 1434, Sep 8, 2013, SPA -- The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, has sent a cable of congratulations to President Imam Ali Rahman of the Republic of Tajikistan on the anniversary of his country 's Independence Day .
In his cable, the King wished the President constant good health and happiness and the people of Tajikistan steady progress and prosperity.
