AlQa'dah 13, 1435, September 08, 2014, SPA -- A district police chief was killed in a suicide attack in southern Afghanistan, an official said on Monday, dpa reported. "A suicide bomber detonated his explosives inside a police headquarters in Arghistan district late Sunday, killing the district police chief, Abdul Hanaf and two of his bodyguards," said Samim Khepolwak, the governor spokesman for southern province of Kandahar. He said six other policemen were injured in the attack. Taliban has claimed responsibility for the bombing.
