AlQa'dah 10, 1435, Sep 5, 2014, SPA -- King Hamad bin Issa Al Khalifa of Bahrain confirmed the support of his country for any step taken by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in combating all forms of terrorism as perpetrators are trying defame the profile of our divine religion of Islam. In a press statement upon arrival in Jeddah earlier this evening, King of Bahrain expressed happiness for having a chance to meet with the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and discuss with him a host of important issues of mutual concern to the two kingdoms. He said the meeting comes amid sensitive circumstances in the region and the need to coordinate the visions of the two leaderships towards the developments taking place in the region and find ways to enhance its stability and security, particularly in view of the spreading terrorism in the surroundings. In this regard, we have to laud the great role of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques in supporting the issues of our Arab and Islamic nations and putting all the potentials at their disposal to consolidate peace and to fight all forms of terror, King of Bahrain said. He also paid tribute to the role of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, led by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, in tightening the ties binding the GCC countries aiming at further pushing the blessed march of the six-nation group forward to perform its duties in confronting whatever endangering security and peace of the countries of the region. He wished the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques continuous health and happiness and his country the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its people steady progress and prosperity.
