AlQa'dah 07, 1435, September 02, 2014, SPA -- A delegation of the Court of Grievances of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, led by Dr. Obaid bin Abdullah bin Obaid, the leader of the team drafting the 10th development plan met with Jian mars Sauva, the Head of the French State Council. During the meeting, they cast light on the administrative judiciary mechanisms and visions in the two countries, exchange of experience to upgrade the skills in addition to a number of procedural and judicial issues and discussed a number of matters dealing with ruling and drafting the resolutions and systems as well as exchanging of information and assessing the experiments, particularly those dealing with the protection of individuals' rights. Bin Obaid, presented the Saudi experience in combating grievance and gave an account on the way to exercise a fair justice among people. For his part, the French senior official lauded the procedural aspects of developing the judiciary in Saudi Arabia as part of King Abdullah Project to develop the Judiciary, lauding the Kingdom's international leverage. A number of judges, administrators and technicians who are finalizing the Court of Grievances plan to benefit from the French experience in the procedural judiciary-related fields took part in the meeting.
