Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques issues royal decrees regarding the systems of religious litigation procedures, criminal procedures and pleading before the court of grievances

In implementation of the instructions of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the Cabinet has studied the systems of religious litigation procedures, criminal procedures and pleading procedures before the court of grievances and following thorough discussions at a session on 8/1/1435 H., it issued the relevant decisions regarding them.
Following the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques' review of the Cabinet's outcome, the monarch issued the royal decrees approving those systems, culminating the judicial system and the court of grievances system as well as their mechanisms and completing an important phase of King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Project for developing the judiciary.
