Shura has participated in their study and it was also briefed on the point of views of the Cabinet's Bureau of Experts and General Committee in this regard. The Council of Ministers decided the following: First: After review of the report submitted by the Minister of Interior, and after consideration of Majlis Al-Shura's resolution No. (63/37) Dated on 12/05/2014, the Cabinet approved a memorandum of understanding (MOU) for cooperation in the field of civil defense and civil protection between the Ministry of Interior in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Ministry of Interior in the Kingdom of Morocco, signed in Riyadh on 01/03/2014. A royal decree has been prepared for this purpose. Among the most prominent items of this MOU are the following: 1 - To exchange of information on organizing the technical and administrative aspects in the devices of civil defense and civil protection in both countries. 2 - To provide the necessary facilities for workers in the civil defense and civil protection for each of the two parties to attend theoretical and practical training courses to be held by the other party. 3 - To encourage the development of joint preventative media programs in the area of civil defense and civil protection. --More 15:13 LOCAL TIME 12:13 GMT تغريد
