Qa'dah 5, 1435, Aug 31, 2014, SPA -- At least 24 passengers were killed Sunday after their bus collided with a fuel tanker in western Afghanistan, dpa cited police as saying. "The incident took place in the morning on the highway between Herat city and the Iran-border city of Islam Qala," said Abdul Raouf Ahmadi, police spokesman for Herat province.
