AlQa'dah 2, 1435, Aug 28, 2014, SPA -- President Mahmoud Abbas of Palestine met here today with a Moroccan political delegation, led by Mohammed Nabil bin Abdullah, Secretary General of the Progressive and Socialist Party, who is also Minister of Housing. The Palestinian news agency, which carried the news, said President Abbas briefed the Moroccan delegation on the latest developments of the situation in the Palestinian territories and the suffering of the Palestinian people due to the Israeli aggression, noting that the Palestinian leadership is exerting enormous efforts to rebuild Gaza Strip and alleviate the suffering of the Palestinian people. He said the main issue of interest to the Palestinian people is to end the Israeli occupation and establish their independent Palestinian state with Al-Qus as its capital on the 1967 parallel, stressing the importance of Arab solidarity in the support of the steadfast of the Palestinian people.
