AlQa'dah 01, 1435, August 27, 2014, SPA -- Emir of Qatar Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani received at the Emiri court in Doha today visiting Prince Saudi Al-Faisal, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Prince Khalid bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, Chief of General Intelligence, and Prince Mohammed bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, the Minister of Interior of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. At the outset of the meeting, their Royal Highnesses conveyed the greetings of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saudi and Crown Prince Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the Deputy Premier and Minister of Defense, to the Emir of Qatar, wishing him continuous health and happiness and the Qatari people steady progress and prosperity. In turn, the Emir of Qatar sent his greetings to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and the Crown Prince, wishing them good health and the Saudi people more progress and prosperity. During the audience, aspects of the fraternal relations between the two sisterly countries, ways of enhancing them in addition to the joint march of the GCC were reviewed, according to the Qatari news agency which carried the news. The meeting also dealt with a number of issues of mutual concern, particularly the latest developments at the regional and international arenas. The audience was attended by Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad Al Thani, Chief of the Emiri court, Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser bin Khalifa Al Thani, Prime Minister and Minister of Interior of Qatar, and a number government ministers. Then, the Emir of Qatar gave a luncheon party in the honor of their royal highnesses.
