A Malaysia Airlines jet bound for Japan made a turnaround due to safety concerns, after it took off from Kuala Lumpur International Airport, an airline official said Sunday, according to dpa. The official said flight MH70 bound for Narita took off mid-morning on Saturday but a few minutes after departure the plane returned. "The plane landed safely on its return and the passengers were transferred to another aircraft and were able to reach their destination on the same day," the official said.
