Watan newspaper highlighted Saudi efforts in the field of fighting terrorism and called for immediate application of the UN Security Council's resolution. Alsharq newspaper also highlighted the Security Council's passing of the resolution under Chapter Seven to besiege «Daash» and Alnosrah Front which belong to al-Qaeda. On a different subject, Al-Riyadh newspaper discussed the wars of sects and minorities in the Arab region and hoped for the return of the state of normalcy. On local consumption of oil, Alyoum newspaper called for reducing high oil consumption in industrial uses, electric power generation and desalination.
