Ukraine will accept foreign humanitarian aid only from the International Committee of the Red Cross, dpa cited Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk as saying. Interior Minister Arsen Avakov says that a Russian aid convoy en route to Ukraine won't be let through.
