Prince Miteb bin Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, Minister of National Guard, arrived here today on an inspection visit to the National Guard Units in the Northern Border Region. At Arar Airport, Prince Miteb was received by Deputy Minister of National Guard Abdulmohsen bin Abdulaziz Al-Tuwaijri and a number of senior military officials. Prince Miteb went to the Task Force Camp where he was briefed on the force's functions and duties. A speech ceremony was held on this occasion, during which Prince Miteb conveyed the greetings of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, the Crown Prince and Deputy Crown Prince. "Allah Almighty has graced this country and its people with security, prosperity and stability. It is our duty to praise Allah Almighty for this grace and to promote national cohesion among the people of this country," Prince Miteb said. "We all know that there are suspicious organizations that are operated and managed from abroad. They are trying to implement their plans in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in order to destabilize security and sow discord. We all have a duty to face these groups," the Minister of National Guard added. Then, Prince Miteb attended a luncheon held on this occasion.
