Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud has sent a cable of congratulations to President Issoufou Mahamadou of Republic of Niger on the anniversary of his country's independence Day.
In his own name and on behalf of the people and government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the King wished the President permanent good health and happiness and the people of Niger steady progress and prosperity.
