The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud has sent a cable of congratulations to President Issoufou Mahamadou of Niger on the occasion of the anniversary of his country's Republic Announcement Day.
In his own name and on behalf of the government and people of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques wished the President permanent good health and happiness and the people of Niger steady progress and prosperity.
