US President Barack Obama told Russian President Vladimir Putin in a telephone call Friday that he has "deep concerns" about Moscow's support for Ukrainian separatists, dpa cited the White House as saying. Obama stressed the need for a diplomatic solution to the violence in Ukraine and expressed concern about Russian violation of a decades old arms-control treaty.
