At least 165 Palestinians have been killed and more than 1084 wounded since the beginning of the Israeli aggression on Gaza, of whom Most of them are civilians, Sunday said a report by the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs to the Occupied Palestinian Territories (OCHA). The fatalities include 41 child, 5 with disability, 23 women and 15 elderly, added the report. It said Israeli war planes hit 1,500 targets in the Gaza Strip since the beginning of the aggression, including Palestine Society for the disabled in Beit Lahia in northern Gaza Strip, where five people were killed. Due the ongoing Israeli offensive on the Gaza Strip, 290 houses were completely destroyed and 9000 houses partially destroyed, 260 of which are unfit for living. Israeli warplanes targeted two mosques in Gaza and destroyed them completely. Fears of an imminent Israeli ground operation in Gaza have been on the rise; some 300,000 people in areas close to the border have been warned to leave their homes.
