Train Strike in Belgium to Cause Delays, Cancellations

A 24-hour strike by Belgian rail workers starting Sunday night was expected to cause delays and cancellations for people travelling between Brussels and Paris.
The strike will likely affect some domestic and international trains on Monday as well. The Belgian railway company SNCB said it expected only a partial disruption of services because some unions refused to join the strike, dpa reported.
The strike is to begin at 10 pm (0800 GMT) Sunday.
