Faisal added saying: If we have set to ourselves a ten-year program links to the process of transformation to which we aspire, it is required from us to make a revision of what we have achieved of this program over the last period and what remains to be done and may require us to re-evaluate the programs of the plan on the basis of our experience in implementing its programs and maybe there is a need to re-form the priorities as a result of what we are facing in terms of outcomes and what we are encountering of developments. The selection of the slogan "Exploring Areas of Islamic Cooperation " for this conference puts us all in front of responsibility for discussing the details of this "exploring" and its tools in various aspects of joint Islamic action. He expressed the Government of Saudi Arabia's deep appreciation to sisterly countries, OIC members to choose the city of Jeddah to host the permanent headquarters "for the permanent and independent human rights body", stressing that the Kingdom will shoulder the duty of hospitality to this body and provide it with everything that would enable it to do its work and fulfill its role as should be done to achieve the aspirations of the Member States. At the conclusion of his speech, Prince Saud Al-Faisal thanked everyone, hoping that this conference comes out with a spirit that reflects its determination and keenness to achieve the aspirations of the leaderships of these countries and the goals and objectives of their peoples in a way consistent with the status of the Islamic nation and its eternal message.
