Deputy Crown Prince Muqrin bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Second Deputy Premier, Advisor to and Special Envoy of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, and President Mahmoud Abbas of Palestine held a bilateral meeting at the palace of the Deputy Crown Prince in Jeddah this evening. During the meeting, they reviewed the latest developments at the Palestinian territories. For his part, the Deputy Crown Prince reiterated the Kingdom's firm position supportive to the Palestinian issue till the Palestinian people restore all their occupied territories, including Al-Quds. The Deputy Crown expressed the Kingdom's denunciation for all Israeli plans to build settlements, confirming that such settlements constitute an obstacle before peace and are considered a flagrant violation of the international legitimacy resolutions and a blatant aggression against the unchangeable legitimate rights of the Palestinian people. For his part, the Palestinian President thanked the Deputy Crown Prince and expressed his appreciation as well as that of the Palestinian people for the Kingdom's position supporting their Palestinian brothers in all fields.
