6 - Secretary General of King Abdulaziz Public Library, Member.
7 - Secretary General of King Fahd National Library, Member.
8 - Deputy Director General of Public Administration Institute for Research and Information, Member.
9 - Three specialists in the affairs of documents and archives of the teaching staff of universities or others to be chosen by a royal order for three years, renewable only once upon the nomination of Royal Court, Members.
