The Secretary General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) Iyad bin Amin Madani called on all Libyan parties to conduct a comprehensive national dialogue to reach a compromising solution to end the crisis in the State of Libya and establish permanent constitutional institutions. The Secretary-General stressed in a statement issued today the need for concerted efforts of all Libyans to maintain the unity of the Libyan state, its security and stability, renewing the OIC readiness to harness all its potentials to achieve this objective.
