The Secretary General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) Iyad Amin Madani received here yesterday Bahrain's Ambassador to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Permanent Representative to the Organization Sheikh Hamoud bin Abdullah bin Hamad Al Khalifa. The Ambassador expressed during the meeting his pride in the distinguished relations between the Organization and the Kingdom of Bahrain, praising the firm principled position of the organization in support of Bahrain's security, stability and unity as well as the rejection of intervention in its internal affairs. For his part, the OIC Secretary General commended the wise leadership of Bahrain's King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, praising his initiatives to achieve reform and support for national consensus through dialogue including the welfare and dignity of the Bahraini people.
