Agriculture Ministry imposes a temporary ban on cows import from Brazil

The Ministry of Agriculture has imposed a temporary ban on cows import from the State of Brazil due to mad cow disease (BSE).
This came in a warning bulletin coming to the Ministry of Agriculture from World Organization for Animal Health indicating the presence of one new infection case of mad cow disease (BSE) in a cows herd in the Brazilian State of Mato Grosso.
