Crown Prince Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Deputy Premier and Minister of Defense, received here today the officers of the Armed Forces who hold the rank of major general and were referred to retirement. The Crown Prince expressed in a speech to the retired officers his thanks and appreciation to them for their service to their religion, homeland and King, which has been a source of pride for the Armed Forces. The Crown Prince addressed them saying, " You will always be close to us. If anyone has a remark or an opinion, our doors all are open. You have performed your role and your colleagues after you will perform the role in the service of our religion and homeland. He added, "The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud urges us that there should always be a permanent cooperation between the citizen and the official, indicating that the doors of officials of Ministry of Defense are always open for all to exchange opinions," wishing them all success. The audience was attended by Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Minister of State, Cabinet's Member, Chief of Crown Prince's Court and Special Adviser; Deputy Chief of General Staff Lieutenant General Abdulrahman bin Saleh Al-Bunyan; and Acting Director General of the Office of Minister of Defense Fahd bin Mohammed Al-Issa.
