At least 21 civilians have been killed in an airstrike launched by Syrian regime warplanes in the northern city of Aleppo, dpa quoted a pro-opposition groups as reporting. The dead includes three children and two women killed in Aleppo's western residential area of al-Atarb, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights says.
