At least 90 people, including 13 children, were killed in Syria's northern province of Aleppo by regime aircraft dropping barrels packed with explosives, a pro-opposition watchdog group reported Sunday, according to dpa. The strikes, launched Saturday, targeted several rebel-held residential areas, the Britain-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said. The victims this weekend included an unspecified number of rebels, according to the report.
