The Specialized Criminal Court has issued an elementary verdicts of death sentences against three convicted and jailed 40 other accused (all of them are Saudis except one accused Syrian with varying prison terms representing the rest of the members of the terrorist cell consisted of 85 accused. The prosecution charged the 85 accused with more than one thousand crimes of which, as founded by the court, that they stormed Al-Hamra, Vinyl and Granada compounds with terrorist groups that carried out these sinful bombings in those complexes, northeast of the city of Riyadh in 2003. The prosecution proved that they also smuggled, possessed, prepared and provided a wide range of explosives, weapons, ammunition and rockets of type Sam (7) whereas a large amount of those explosives and weapons were used in those bombings and terrorism in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, resulting in the distortion and horrible abuse of this great religion of Islam and discrediting the reputation of this safe country by attributing terrorism and violence to it and to its citizens as well as to the people of Islam as a whole.
