Saudi citizens have come to the Saudi Consulate General in New York to sign in the record opened for allegiance-pledgers to Prince Muqrin bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Deputy Crown Prince and Second Deputy Premier. The crowds of Saudi citizens were received by Saudi Consul General in New York city Khalid Al-Sharif in the presence of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's Permanent Representative to the United Nations Ambassador Abdullah bin Yahya Al-Moallemi and heads of departments. Ambassador Al-Mo'allemi and Consul General Al-Sharif said in two statements to Saudi Press Agency (SPA) that the Royal Decree appointed Prince Muqrin bin Abdulaziz as Deputy Crown Prince confirms the keenness of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and the Crown Prince on the unity, national cohesion and care for the state and its future, the provision of more reassurance and stability, and increase the pillars of progress and prosperity of the country and its people. The Consulate General in New York announced that the record will remain open for several days later.
