Governor of Riyadh Region Attends Co-Signing Ceremony of MoC between SPA and QMCS

In the presence of Prince Khalid bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, the Governor of Riyadh Region, who is also the Honorary Chairman of the Riyadh-based Quran Memorization Charitable Society (QMCS), the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) and QMCS co-signed here today a memorandum of cooperation (MoC).
SPA President Fahd bin Abdullah Al-Hussein and Sheikh Saad bin Mohammed Al-Fyrayan, Chairman of QMCS each signed for his organization.
Following the co-signing ceremony, the two sides exchanged souvenirs, to mark the occasion.
The signing ceremony was attended by Prince Saud bin Abdullah bin Thinayyan, the Chairman of the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu.
