The Saudi Commission for Tourism and Antiquities (SCTA) has recently signed here with Al-Mustasmir Company for Securities a contract of financial consulting services to be subscribed with a capital of Saudi Heritage Hospitality Company (under construction). SCTA Assistant Vice President for Investment and Tourism Development, Dr. Hamad Alsamail said that the commission initiated legal procedures to establish the Saudi Heritage Hospitality Company with a capital of 250 million Saudi riyals according to the requirements of the Capital Market Authority within the efforts of the SCTA in the area to take advantage of heritage buildings and archaeological sites of the State.
