Sheikh Dr. Abdulaziz bin Abdullah Al-Ammar, Undersecretary for Islamic Affairs of the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Endowments, Daawa (Call) and Guidance of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, today opened the new headquarters of Islamic Daawa office in Pakistan. The inauguration ceremony was also attended by the Saudi ambassador to Pakistan Abdulaziz bin Ibrahim Al-Ghadir and a number of Pakistani senior officials as well as diplomatic corps accredited to Pakistan. Addressing the gathering, Al-Ammar said the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, led by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and his Crown Prince and the Second Deputy Premier, always stands by the side of the Pakistani people emanating from the fraternal relations binding the two countries. He said the Daawa office, which was stationed in Pakistan since decades, was focusing on spreading the moderate Islamic faith with all the needed transparency and plainness and without interfering in politics or sectarianism as per the principles set by the Saudi leadership.
