The latest sale of 2014 World Cup tickets was very successful Wednesday, with 203,330 tickets sold in just five hours, dpa cited FIFA as saying. Most of the buyers (143,085) were from host country Brazil. The United States followed with 16,059 tickets, while Australia came third with 5,357. The current sales phase, encompassing a total of 345,000 tickets for 60 of the tournament's 64 games to be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis, is set to last until April 1. No tickets are currently on sale for the opening game, the semi-finals and the final.
