First Islamic Museum Opened, in Australia

The first Islamic museum, has been opened here, in the presence of the Australian Minister of Treasury Joe Hockey and the Saudi Ambassador to Australia Nabil bin Mohammed Al Saleh, a number of Australian officials and representatives of Islamic communities, in Australia.
In a press statement to Saudi Press Agency, the ambassador said that the museum will play a great role in reflecting characteristics of the Islamic civilization, its diverse cultures and arts and show how it is based on tolerance and peace principles.
