France's President Meets Palestinian President

France's President Francois Hollande met here today with Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas who is currently on a visit to France.
Following the meeting, Abbas told reporters that U.S. diplomacy has failed so far to achieve an arrangement to end the Palestinian Israeli struggle despite its strenuous and serious efforts in this concern.
He added that he briefed Hollande on the efforts being exerted by U.S. President Barack Obama and Secretary of State John Kerry to bring the gap between Palestinian and Israeli view points.
