Saudi Ambassador to Lebanon Ali bin Awadh Asiri has congratulated Lebanese President Michel Suleiman; Parliament Speaker Nabih Berri; Prime Minister Tammam Salam; and all the leaders of Lebanon and the Lebanese people on the occasion of forming a new government. He described in a statement issued by the embassy today the formation of a Lebanese government as an achievement and the result of the convergence of wills of all the political forces in order to reach a level of inner Lebanese understanding to reach the formation of a government that focuses on the security situation and living conditions. Ambassador Asiri emphasized that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud hopes that the Lebanese brothers could enhance their national unity and confirms its permanent stand by the brotherly Lebanon and its people.
