Rabiah said the cabinet reiterated the keenness of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to continue to develop its distinguished relations with the sisterly Republic of Lebanon, expressing hope that the formation of the new Lebanese government headed by Tammam Salam will boost Lebanon's stability and prosperity. The cabinet expressed regret for the failure of the second Geneva Conference on the Syrian crisis in achieving tangible results ending the suffering of the Syrian people, blaming the Syrian regime for this failure, because of its intransigence and its dislodging the conference away from its objectives according to the decisions of the first Geneva conference. The Minister of Health and Acting Minister of Culture and Information said that, based on royal directives, the cabinet was briefed during its session held on 17.4.1435 H. on a number of topics, including topics which Majlis Al-Shura participated in their study. The cabinet was also briefed on conclusions of Bureau of Experts at the Council of Ministers and the General Committee of the Council of Ministers and its subcommittee on them. Then, the cabinet took the following decisions: First: After reviewing a report by the Foreign Minister and after consideration of Majlis Al-Shura decision No. ( 130/61 ) dated on 29/01/1435 H., the cabinet approved the Headquarters Agreement between the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the World Assembly of Muslim Youth and the (Protocol ) attached to it, signed in the city of Riyadh on 16/04/1434 H.
